Izuya Kagamiya, also known as YaYa, is a male English-speaking VTuber who debuted on the AniLive app in July 2024. Formerly associated with NEXAS and its second wave Class Nebulink, he is now inactive. His character design was illustrated by akashiroboushi9 and Akashiro Boushi.

On 23 July, Izuya made his debut on AniLive. He would become the 5th member of Class Nebulink to debut.
With the closure of NEXAS, his future remained uncertain as his last post on Twitter was on November 2024, as he has yet to decide whether or not to keep his model.
2025
On 22 March, Izuya returned to his activites with a collab on Rov Alcou's channel.
