A small fox one day decided to crawl out of her hole in the middle of a forest to try annd get some food ans she was hungry anfter a long hibernation from winter. Walking around for hours to no avail, she accidentally steps on a mushroom and finds that it had some weird colour mucus on her paw and tries to wipe it off on top of a tree stump. She... finds the movements fun and starts drawing with her paw and the mucus and accidentally summons a fairy as she stood in a fairy circle. After a stream talking to from the fairy, the fairy notices the drawing on the stump and asks what’s going on. The fox explains that she really enjoyed being able to draw but it was hard as she has no thumbs and only do so much in her small body. The fairy thinks for a moment and then says “well why don’t I give you thumbs” and with a flick of her wrist the small fox turns into a human but keeping her for ears and large bushy tail. The now human for noticing her hands springs into action with the mucus once again and starts doodling on the stump once more. The fairy is quite pleased with her new experiment and asks, why don’t I do you one better and create a house for you to live in with all the materials you would need to create your drawings. The fox girl looks at her with stars on her eyes and exclaims that she would love that. So once again the fairy flicks her wrist and the large tree next to the twists into this beautiful treehouse. The fairy and fox enter the treehouse and find all the different paintbrushes, pencils and an easel set up ready for the fox girl to play with. In the corner is a PC, the fairy explains that humans use this to show off their work if the fox girl ever wishes to do that, with a nod the girl skips over to the corner and stares at the PC. The fairy snails and poofs into glitter, back to her mushroom ring home.

A week passes and the treehouse if filled with painting and scrumpled up paper, the pc is turned on and the fox girl slumped at the desk. She looks up towards the pc and notices a notification. She walks towards the pc and it has a thumbnail of a cute pink haired animal girl. She clicks it. All of a sudden the anime girl is on the corner talking about the game she’s about to play and the fox girl is glued to her. Hours go by and the girl is still hyper fixated on this pink anime character on screen. She gives her a search and finds that’s she’s a vtuber? What’s that. More searching and suddenly and idea pops into the girls head. I want to be that too. So she searches how to make one.

Weeks later, the fairy decided to visit the fox girl worrying that she hasn’t left her house in a while. She finds her glued to the pc trying to draw with the mouse. The fairy asks what’s going on and the fox girl looks over to her with bags under her eyes and points to the cute pink VTuber.
“I want to be one of them”
The fairy gives a chortle, would you like something easier to draw with them? The fox girl nods wearily and with yet another flick there’s now a tablet screen in front of the pc screen ready to use. The fox girl thanks her with tears in her eyes and starts trying to draw on it.

A couple more days go by and the fox girl has got her model all set up and is ready to play with it. She find out about how to stream and begins streaming her artwork with her model and absolutely adores it. She’s never chatted to humans before so this was surreal to her! Show more
