Shyfruits has blond hair and a heart shaped ahoge. Her eyes are a cute and sparkling pink color. Shy also wears pink red glasses she is able to take off. Depending on which model is used her hair is either shorter or longer in length, heart shaped pigtails or not.

Her usual accessories consist of a hair clip with a pear, strawberry, apple and pear mounted on it and a mail envelope shaped hair clip. A red beret and pink gingham bows are Shy’s preferred items of headwear. The rest of her outfit consists of a light pink choker, a red cardigan, a white cami lace top and a light pink skirt.

She has white angel wings but curiously has not yet demonstrated the ability to fly (yet).
