On 5 May, FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION announced that their Japanese branch will be shutting down, effective on 30 June 2026. The announcement also states that Nullpo will be transferring to FSP's parent company REALITY Studios after that date.

- The name "Nullpo" is short for "," a common programming error which occurs in the when a faulty computer program accesses a which has not been initialized to a value (the uninitialized value is null, hence the name), causing the program to crash. From this, "Nullpo" is also Japanese internet slang for foolishness.
