She has long silvery white hair and eyes with cyan irises and short, thick eyebrows. As a robot girl, she has robotic-looking ear attachments and small pink circular marks on her cheeks. She also has a distinctive black and cyan wind-up key on top of her head, plus distinctive doll joint-like markings on her skin at various places on her body.
For her original design, she had a feathery tuft sticking out on the side of her hair, and the wind-up key was on the top left side of her head. After her redesign by Momoco, the wind-up key was moved to the top right side of her head and the feather-like tuft was absent from her hair. She also wears a white jacket with a white cat-eared hood and a white cat tail.

On 3 January, 774 inc.'s Twitter account announced VApArt's disbanding.
On 7 January, VApArt disbanded, with a last stream featuring all members on Uge's channel. From this point on, VApArt's former members are directly under 774 inc.'s management.
On 16 December, Uge debuted her fifth 2D costume as her new main costume, designed by Momoco. While this is a brand new model, 774 inc. officially considers it her fifth costume.

- On 15 July 2021, 774inc C99's Twitter account announced that its talents would appear in the event Nanashiinku bake~shon! in which every member would appear in limited time merchandize including original artwork by studio A-1 Pictures depicting them in swinsuits. The merchandize included, posters, hand fans, cushions, keychains, pins, beach balls and special conmemorative drinks associated with each group. The event was held in the EJ Anime Theater in Shinjuku City from 22 July to 1 August.
- On 10 September 2021, she participated in Rainbow Six Siege R6 Royal Flush as team "Sabotten Chau Zo" (サボッテンちゃうぞ) along with AlphaAzur, Kamito, Alelu (DeToNator), and BobSappAim; with MeLton (Quintette) as their coach. The team won 1st place in overall ranking.
- On 18 September 2021, she participated in Apex Legends Reignite Cup #2 Arena Tournament as team "Dondon Yusou" (ドンドン輸送) along with Donpisha and Sou.
