Originally she was a PNG of a cat face she drew using MS Paint. video where she draws in MS Paint is the only existing appearance of Gen 0. She would later became a VRoid model (Gen 1 to 3).

Her Twitch channel only gained growth many months after leaving, going from 2 followers to 6 followers.
In September, she created her Twitter account luckynatsuha.
On 18 November, she created her YouTube channel.
On 3 December, she posted her introduction video. She updated her model to Generation 4, ditching the orange highlights for an all white hair with red highlights.
2021
In January, she posted her new introduction video. She updated her 3D model to Generation 4X. This time, the Natsuha model ditched the hoodie and switched to a T-shirt with a Triangle Curse-Seal in the middle. Later on, Hane's 3D Physical Form debuted as Generation 3, a black haired version of Natsuha but with a black/yellow hoodie.
In February, 3D Natsuha Generation 6X appears, with texture changes and clothes update.
In February, natsuhaneko also reached 100 youTube subscribers, after a one month back to back endurance streaming marathon.
In March, due to IRL circumstances, Natsuha went on hiatus.
In April, she returned to her VTubing activities despite her IRL circumstnaces. She didn't want a hiatus or IRL circumstances to stop her, vowing to continue even if nobody helps her.
In April/March, Natsuha Generation 8 appeared, marking Natsuha's 2D redebut. Hane Generation 4 appeared, marking Hane's 2D redebut.
On 15 May, she reached 23 followers after 8 months of being inactive on Twitch.
