Noir Vesper

Vesper is an honest man who likes passionately talking about any interesting subject by exposing his own feelings. During his debut, he shared his quaint joys in life by relaying the period of time when he had the most of fun at work, when he was in charge of peeling the film off of a lot of electronic equipment. Vesper can be over-emotional to the point he starts to uncontrollably laugh, and do so easily. Despite his model looking serious with a perpetual frown, his real personality is uncharacteristically goofy in comparison. He's very close with his three genmates, often talking his praises about them.

Vesper often is disconnected from modern culture (via memes, computer parts, video games, etc.) which makes him look like a "boomer" by his audience. In that sense, Vesper often brings out culture references in conversations that could be considered outdated. He started using the internet and computers in general in the Windows 3.1 era, and likes to pass on old knowledge from that time period to his younger fans.

Vesper's main content that he enjoys doing are "zatsudan," or "just chatting" streams. He also likes to play more niche, older games that he personally enjoys. He plans on holding more streams about the things he enjoys, like deconstructing old computers and tea tasting.

Vesper aims to fill in late night time-slots not often used by other streamers, such as 10 AM & 10 PM PST time. He would like to stream at 3-4 AM, if circumstances allow.

He has long, light hair with glasses and purple eyes.

On 17 July 2022, hololive English Twitter account revealed various details regarding TEMPUS including their social media accounts and debut dates. Vesper made his first tweet on this date and a small teaser video was uploaded on his YouTube channel. His YouTube channel was created on 13 June 2022.

On 24 July 2022, Vesper debuted on YouTube.

• His fanbase is officially called "VesFriends."
• Unofficially, he also likes to call his fans "Vesties."
• On 23 February, Vesper introduced his mascot, Vestea. He has an upside-down teacup with a gold handle and base for a head, with the cup's opening serving as his mouth. He wears a white dress shirt with a red tie under a gray sweater vest.

• He has specifically claimed for his age to be "28, season 14", whereasin he imagines the seasons to be a full cycle of 28 years.
• Despite his appearance, he claims to not be a vampire and dodges questions related to his species. Whenever any vampire traits are brought up by chat, he claims to have no idea what could they possibly be referring to.
• He says he mostly uses the coat when adventuring, preferring it off indoors.

• He likes peeling the plastic film off of new electronic equipment. ** He used to have a volleyball-sized sphere made of plastic film that he peeled off of new appliances at his old day job, which he kept for several years inside his car as a reminder of the one time that work actually felt enjoyable, and use it as a reminder to keep his spirits up for the future. He had to discard it after a 5 or 6 years of having it, due to it having melted over the course of several summers and getting gross and sticky. * His favorite food is curry. He loves drinking various types of tea. * His favorite flowers are camellias. * His main hobbies are reading and building computers. * Vesper is Love Live! fan. He likes the idol outfits and their tiny hats. * His favorite JoJo's Bizarre Adventure arc is Steel Ball Run. His favorite "JoJo" is Joseph Joestar, and his favorite character is Gyro Zeppeli. * He prefers the cold and is heat intolerant. * He likes being in basements. * Vesper loves old memes as a self-proclaimed "internet boomer." His favorite old meme is "Card Crusher." * He dislikes starting a campfire with damp wood, badly-built computers and sunlight. ** Vesper especially hates poor cable management and he strongly dislikes the sound of chewing.

• His original character illustrator has done artwork for Touken Ranbu and Fate/Grand Order. ** With the new character illustrator being Pako, he now shares a character illustrator with former hololive EN talent Tsukumo Sana. * His goals are to learn how to sing & release an original song, to achieve crossbow proficiency and to reach 1 million subscribers. ** His ulterior motive in reaching 1 million subscribers is to use it as leverage to play ("and destroy") Yagoo at golf, as talents are granted a wish upon that milestone. * Vesper claims he's not good at video games, and is only familiar with games released at least 9 years ago. He claims his favorite games are the least "watchable." * Just like Shiranui Flare, Vesper doesn't want to play Among Us because he dislikes lying or betraying. * Vesper claims he used to build computers completely naked in his kitchen out of fear of static shock when he was younger. * He unintentionally admitted that he dumpster-dives for computer parts. * He streamed himself eating all 10 hot sauces from "Hot Ones" season 18 to celebrate his monetization, with the hottest reaching 2 million Scoville units. He started to deeply regret it by sauce 6 (70,000 SHU). * He has a Carolina Reaper pepper plant in his "tiny little sad concrete" backyard. He yells at it and claims it makes the peppers grow spicier. * He is bad at using Twitter, to the point where he had to be advised by his chat on how to mention Axel in a tweet. * Vesper's philosophy to make a stream interesting includes executing the stream activity with a bit. A particularily known bit of Vesper has been to play Project Zomboid with the subgoal of collecting as many zombie panties as possible. ** This has eventually spiraled off to the point that the punishment game for a Left 4 Dead 2 stream against JP Holostars was for the losers to post their underwear on Twitter. Despite Tempus losing, the opposing team later posted their panties as well to Twitter.

Adventurer's Guild TEMPUS's academic advisor.
He also holds the posts of custodian and arch-scholar at the Grand Library.

Logical and rational at all times, he doesn't lift a finger unless completely convinced by something.
He has an aversion to sunlight due to spending too long cooped up, absorbed in his research.
