Nootie is a bashful, degenerate penguin. She is inspired to perfectly capture thighs and squish of cute anime girls in her drawings. She enjoys shrimp, anime girl thighs, blankets, anime, games, and being squished. She dislikes caterpillars, walking over see-through surfaces and goodbyes.
Appearance
Nootie is a short girl with dark blue hair with short rounded eyebrows and two small pigtails that have pink hair ribbons, silver-blue eyes and a penguin hoodie. Her outfit and hair are adorned with shrimp and stars. She wears white sneakers and coral leg warmer socks.
Additionally she can transform into her true form. In her true form she is a . She becomes 30cm tall and takes on the appearance of a literal blue penguin wearing no clothes except ladies undergarments on her head.
