Pikao's illustration work on Japanese art site Pixiv dates back at least as far as 21 December 2007. She began publishing doujin manga works around 2011, going on to publish manga in such series as Dengeki Comics NEXT and and Comic REX.
Pikao's YouTube channel was created on 12 January 2017.
She began streaming as a VTuber at least as far back as 15 February 2018.

I'm Pikao, usually drawing manga. Game video/streaming channel I update irregularly. I work on my manga every other month, so the frequency of updates on youtube changes every month (;^_^A

On 4 April, she made the last known stream on her YouTube channel.
On 8 August, she appeared as a guest on Sagashimono Rindo's channel.
Retirement
At some point, probably after 3 November 2022, her various Twitter accounts were deleted. Her YouTube channel remained online, but all YouTube channel content was deleted. She had about 2,850 YouTube subscribers at this point.
