A popular empress within her small area & community in ancient asia, after her passing and many years later her temple had fallen into dissaray & became a supposed "haunted" spot known amongst locals. Archeologists unearthed her tomb & intended to take her back to be displayed in a museum, however bad weather caused the boat to sink, leaving Raroo... floating for many years until she washed up on the shores of a cyber city in the distant future (Year unknown).
