a scientist turned superhero Reito excelled in his education growing up which had him have next to no social life. His free time as a kid was spent watching superhero shows that inspired him to help the world government in making the next super soldier. But an explosion in the lab caused by the Weathered, activated his Weather Gene and gave him his powers. After several months, the WRA forms up to defend against the Weathered menace. Later they would turn into a girl from a prank gone right. She streams in her off time from work.
