On 19 July 2021, the upcoming Livers were teased with an image of their silhouettes on VirtuaReal's bilibili and Twitter accounts.

On 20 July 2021, VirtuaReal officially announced their fourteenth generation of Virtual Livers, including Rhea, in an article accompanied by their designs and profiles. Rhea made her first dynamic post and released her first video on the same day.

On 30 July 2021, the fourteenth wave made their debuts in a stream relay on bilibili split over two days, lasting from 20:00 to 22:00 CST on 29 July and from 19:00 to 22:00 CST, Rhea being the fourth.

Later on 9 August 2021, highlights of their debut streams were compiled into a video presented by Ciyana on bilibili's official virtual streamer channel.

* Fourteenth generation aka "147" - Rhea, Hakuja, Koxia, Yomiya and Miyu. These five debuted together as VirtuaReal's fourteenth generation.
* "寄" ("GG") - Rhea, Hakuja and Yomiya. These three were a team for the VirtuaReal-hosted custom Apex Summertime Entertainment Match.
* "瑞诺茉幽" (RheNoMaYuu) - Rhea, Nox, Mari and Chiyuu
* "白毛天国" (White-haired Paradise) - an unofficial grouping of many white-haired livers. Including Karu, Yua, Tsukumo, Rhea, Koxia, Kiyuu, Sui, etc. The group is often seen with Miki because the later is famous for liking white-haired characters. Sometimes Lidousha and Kaoru from PSPlive are also considered part of the group.
* 九瑞 - Tsukumo and Rhea are very close despite their physical distance.
* 悠瑞(侑) - Recently Yua and Rhea start to play games together; Kiyuu sometimes join as well.
* Rhea's staff is Bjergsonw. Rhea calls him "homo" and once commented on Bjergsonw, "he looks fine, makes me not want to beat him"

* Rhea's fans and fan medal are called "瑞世糖" (Rhe-shi-tang), a pun on 瑞士糖 (Sugus. lit. Swiss Candy)

* Dislikes: 8 o'clock early morning, being called older sister, not being allowed to sleep

* Rhea completed three years' worth of magic study in just one year.
