On 19 July 2021, the upcoming Livers were teased with an image of their silhouettes on VirtuaReal's bilibili and Twitter accounts.

On 20 July 2021, VirtuaReal officially announced their fourteenth generation of Virtual Livers, including Rhea, in an article accompanied by their designs and profiles. Rhea made her first dynamic post and released her first video on the same day.

On 30 July 2021, the fourteenth wave made their debuts in a stream relay on bilibili split over two days, lasting from 20:00 to 22:00 CST on 29 July and from 19:00 to 22:00 CST , Rhea being the fourth.

Later on 9 August 2021, highlights of their debut streams were compiled into a video presented by Ciyana on bilibili's official virtual streamer channel.
