Vell was just a cat girl until life finally wore her down. School work expectations and constantly feeling like she was falling behind pushed her into complete burnout. She stopped reaching out to people and slowly disappeared into the internet where she could exist without being watched all the time. Somewhere along the way she became the smug... unwell cat with an addiction to gacha games.

Vell isn’t pretending to be someone else. Vell is what was left after everything else got stripped away. She’s paranoid emotionally messy clingy bitter and deeply afraid of being abandoned but she still craves connection no matter how much she acts like she doesn’t need anyone. She copes through games late night streams doomscrolling and surrounding herself with other people who feel just as disconnected from reality as she does.

Her streams don’t feel professional or polished. They feel like sitting in the room of a girl who has fully accepted she was not built for normal life. Vells chat isn’t just an audience to her it’s a group of people hiding from the world together at 3AM while Vell tries to make the loneliness feel a little less unbearable. Show more
