Eons ago in the universe somewhere where it’s very dark, so dark it’s like a void, actually it is the void. The void is not as cold as the rest of the universe, actually it’s pretty comfortably warm and spacious, when one go into the void it’s like coming home, the void is made to lure in unfortunate souls that has suffered and been lost in the universe all alone, however it does not lure them in a bad way, it lures them in a good way to forget about all the suffering and loneliness they had endured. The longer they are in the void the more comfortable it becomes for them and feels like home, they also start to change into creatures with tendrils. The one who made the void is always asleep, dreaming of the world so that the little creatures can go back to a familiar place, but this time live happily. All she wants for them is to feel loved and accepted since there are so many places in different worlds and universes that are filled with suffering and war. While she made the void, nobody made her, sometimes eldritch gods just start to exist when the times ask for those particular creatures. Even if she does not have parents, she has some friends that she considers her siblings because they are eldritch gods too. The sleeping eldritch god in the void is named VQ, what that stands for are many things, all right, all wrong.

Ever since VQ has been dreaming about that world so the little voidling could be in it for so long, they might have forgotten what they are and who she is, it’s been a few thousand years after all. This she knows, but she doesn’t want to just wake up and force them out, even if that would be simpler and then start over whenever they had had a break from the world. VQ decided to dream of herself joining that world so she could find her little voidlings and interact with them, she might be a little intimidating in her true form that is sleeping, so it might be easier for them and her to interact with each other when she looks less intimidating. She wasn’t completely sure on how “humans” usually look like, but some of her eldritch siblings had told her stories of what they looked like, and from what she remembers she made a kind of avatar that’s “human”?

Sometimes it’s also easier for her to maintain herself in that world if she keeps someone as a host, you would think she would find a human to be her host, but sometimes it’s easier to have a host that probably won’t fight back when you take control. So VQ found animals and creatures in the world to be way easier to use as those kinda hosts, until their life span ends.
