Xeltheires has a rather calm demeanor. He appears very philosophical and wise with the way he speaks to others, speaking in a measured tone and often offers deep interpretations on topics. He tend to turn casual conversations into moments of insight, exploring the possibilities of morality, emotions, and behavior in a grounding introspect.

However, despite this exterior, he's quite a lover of chaos. He appears unpredictable with his comedic humor and shifting the tone into an unserious topic, thus embracing his "gremlin" behavior. Underneath the coat, is a gray vest with floral patterns, with six golden buttons and a white shirt with a red tie. Around his waist, he has a pendant hanging down above his knee. He also wears a straight white pants and has a garter belt on his left thigh. He wears a black belted boots with three belts wrapping in each legs.
