On 27 December 2023, Neo-Porte announced their fifth generation members debut.
Tsukumo's YouTube channel was created on 2 November 2023 and his Twitter account also created in the same month. His first tweet was made on 10 January 2023.
Debut
Tsukumo held his first livestream on 14 January 2024 and debuted as member of Neo-Porte fifth generation. Along with his debut-mates, they released their first cover song, "Yume no Mata Yume". On the same day, he also released his first solo cover song, "Gigantic O.T.N".

- On 1 December 2024, Tsukumo participated in the Dokibird x Oversight Apex Custom tournament organized by Dokibird, as part of "Team Tsukumo" along with Syusetu Kohaku and Reps.
- From 1 October to 19 October 2025, Tsukumo participated in the MADTOWN GTA event server organized by the Japanese eSports team Crazy Raccoon. He joined the small-time criminal group Chinroutou (朕狼党), which also had a bar of the same name, operated by Kenki.
- On 9 November 2025, he participated in the Vtuber Most Cooperatitive Tournament Act2 (VSaikyou VALORANT Act2) tournament as part of team "Motto Pokotsuke! Honoo no Pokosuka Factory" (もっとぽこつけ！炎のぽこスカふぁくとりー, More Pokotsuke! Fiery Poko SCARZ Factory) along with Hiiragi Tsurugi, Komori Met, Roboco-san, and Mitsuba Eni, with Medusa from SCARZ as team coach. His team got 7th place.
- On 11 February 2026, Tsukumo participated in the KYOVALO Cup (京VALO杯, KYOVALO Hai) VALORANT tournament organized by Kusugami Kyoya from Japanese eSports org AGELITE, as part of team "Bakibaki VALO Bu" (バキバキVALO部) along with Nosuke, Inagon, SurugaMonkey, and Tonbo. The team got 1st place, winning the tournament.
