On 27 December 2023, Neo-Porte announced their fifth generation members debut.
Tsukumo's YouTube channel was created on 2 November 2023 and his Twitter account also created in the same month. His first tweet was made on 10 January 2023.
Debut
Tsukumo held his first livestream on 14 January 2024 and debuted as member of Neo-Porte fifth generation. Along with his debut-mates, they released their first cover song, "Yume no Mata Yume". On the same day, he also released his first solo cover song, "Gigantic O.T.N".
