Kohaku is a fox girl with white fox ears and a red and white dress similar to a red riding hood outfit. Her eyes are red and her hair is short, shoulder length white with some pinkish red streaks/highlights and slightly long bangs that partially covers her eye.

On 22 May, the VEE official Twitter account announced that Kohaku would be part of the first wave of talents under the project (Retroactively titled Dev-a) alongside Kujo Ringo, Otokado Ruki, Hinahoshi Airu and Tulsi-Nightmare Madness IV. Kohaku held a redebut stream as part of the group on 24 May.
2023
On 19 March, Kohaku debuted a new outfit. The design features a mainly black jacket with a distinctive animal ear hood.
2024
On 17 May, Kohaku premiered her original duet song with Nekomugi Tororo titled $HOT!! (YUC'e Remix).
On 5 September, she debuted a new outfit. The design features a mainly white hoodie with her catchphrase "No Cat!" emblazoned in front.

- On 24 July 2020, Kohaku participated in the Apex Rage x Legion Doujou Cup.
- On 8 August 2021, Kohaku participated in the Matchyama Matchka Cup (町山マチカ杯) Apex tournament organized by Matchyama Matchka, as a member of team "Rozemikoria" (ロゼみこりあ) along with Yumesaki Mia and Cesilia Grace. The team took 6th place in the overall ranking.

- On 10 January 2025, Kohaku participated in the TIE RECON CUP2 Apex tournament along with Shiranami Ramune and YUKIO as "Team YUKIO". The team placed 8th in the overall ranking.
- On 15 February 2025, Kohaku participated in the DTTO.CUP Apex tournament as part of Syusetu Kohaku TEAM along with Tokoyami Towa and Amaki Pururu.
- From 2 June - 29 June 2025, Kohaku participated in the MADTOWN β GTA event server, joining the police force.
