Yumi has two models. One is the original Hiyori model from VTube Studio, to whom she adds items like cat ears-headphones, a bubble-tea on her head, and a pink games chair.

Background

Yumipixel originally started a to stream years ago with the Hiyori model because it was a free model from VTube Studio. Then she took a pause from stream, without knowing that during that time, the AI VTuber Neuro-sama would use that model for some time. When Yumi came back in 2025 using that same model, she caught the attention from people from Neuro's community, "The Swarm." Given that context, she also gained interest in Neuro-sama and started to react to her media and make "tier lists" based on that.

The name "yumipixel" comes from the VTuber suddenly realizing that pixels could be yummy.

She usually has a good interaction with her fans, talking often with them on her Discord.
Currently, she doesn't have an actual name for her community. However, there are 2 main names the fans have came up with, "Pixels" after Yumipixel, and "tinfoils" since some of the members share conspiracy theories on Discord.

Likes and dislikes

She really likes Neuro-sama.
She likes to play games like Rocket League and HoloCure. She also played the fan game "AI Attorney: Neuro-sama," and plans to play more fan games in the future.
