Even though Uruka has a rough voice that makes her sound like a tomboy, she is a relaxed person. Unlike most of Phase-Connect, she hardly shows signs of toxic behavior or an affinity for pervy jokes.
Appearance
She has long blue hair that has a hair loop and sidebraid with bear-ear like hair accessories. She has streaks of light blue in her bangs and an inner light blue under/behind her neck with matching eyes as well. One of her bear ears as a tiny piece missing.

Her original model can be found in the Phase Connect Original Art Collection Vol 1. * Got a sensory worm toy from Taiwan which she uses for stimming ASMR. * Uruka canonically gives off big "dead tomboy wife" vibes and any interaction with her is actually a flashback to your life together, sort of like the intro to the movie UP. * Went to a private Catholic pre-school went she was younger. Later had to go to Christian Chinese Language After School. * Once made a popsicle out her own spit. * She shares the same character desinger as Tokaku〜ん and Serena Starstruck of Stellar Verse Productions, and independent VTubers Hoshizora Mirin and Chiaki Katsumi.

A trainee agent from the other world. She dropped out of the academy to pursue her dream of becoming a rock-star. Well... Let's just say it's not going too well for her...
During her time in the academy, Uruka was often picked on by other kids. Although she didn't have any friends, she had music and the dream of becoming a rock star one day. To pursue her dream, she decided to drop out of the academy. So far, she's only got the rock part. Upon reaching Earth, Uruka has been slowly learning the different cultures and sometimes it's not a good thing - curiosity killed the bear.
2021
On 21 August, Uruka premiered her first solo cover, "KING" by Kanaria. She reached 10,000 subscribers on YouTube on the same day.
2022
On 28 November, her YouTube channel hit 40,000 subscribers.
2023
On 18 March, Uruka premiered her first original song, "Kata no Ni".
On 6 July, her YouTube channel reached 50,000 subscribers.
2024
On 28 January, her YouTube channel reached 60,000 subscribers.
On 3 February, Uruka debuted her second outfit, that being her Elite outfit.
On 26 July, Uruka reached 100,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel. She became the 5th member of Phase-Connect to reach this milestone.
2025

2026
On 22 February, Uruka debuted her third outfit, that being her Tombear outfit.
On 24 February, it was announced that Himemiya Rie and Fujikura Uruka will be doing a duet 3D live concert presented by V.LIVE UNITE on White Day.
On 15 March, she debuted a new 3D costume during the V.LIVE UNITE White Day's concert, which was white Prince themed.
On 14 June, Uruka and her genmates performed in a 3D concert "Fifth Orbit" to commemorate Phase Origin's 5th anniversary together. It was the first time all seven of them were together on stage.
On 20 June, she revealed a new outfit as a part of festivities to commemorate Phase Origin's 5th anniversary. The unit outfits are thematically based on the seven deadly sins with, with Uruka's sin being lust.

- On 8 February 2022, OffKai Expo's Twitter account announced that Fujikura Uruka and many VTubers would appear as guests in "OffKai Expo" which would be held from 29 April to 1 May.
- On 4 June 2023, Uruka performed a live concert at Offkai Expo, held at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport in Burlingame, CA.
- On 30 May 2024, Anime Expo's Twitter Account announced that Uruka will be performing in TUBEOUT! alongside other vtubers at Anime Expo in Los Angeles, CA.
- On 25 August 2024, she appeared as a guest for "Anime NYC" alongside Lia, Tenma Maemi, Pipkin Pippa and Mint Fantôme for a 3D concert.
- On 20 June, 2025, she appeared as a guest in another exclusive 3D concert at "OffKai Expo" with Tenma Maemi, Lia, Pipkin Pippa, and Kaneko Lumi for "The OriginS of Stars" and later on 30 August for "The OriginS of Stars: Encore!" at "San Japan".
- From 13 June to 14 June, 2026, her company launched Phase Con.
