Although she stated that she was a maid, she said that it was her job to take care of her master, but in reality she took care of him in various ways at posted videos.

Her normal costume consists in a hot pink maid dress with heart ornaments, a white apron and a large light blue ribbon at neck. On her 1st Anniversary (1 November 2020), she reveals her casual costume. It consists in blue skirt and white blouse, all covered by a light beige cardigan, a cat shaped hat and the same white stockings and hot pink shoes like her maid costume. Her hairstyle was changed into twin tails; that can changed with her normal hairstyle.
On 19 August 2021, she revealed her summer costume which consists in light blue sandals with ribbons of same color, pink long skirt, white blouse with crossed straps with a little light blue ribbon. Her leg wear can be changed by classic white stockings and light blue shoes (Same model as hot pink ones from maid outfit) with the same light blue ribbons. Her hair was shortened and stylized with twin odangos. It can be changed also by short twin tails.
Additionally, at every change, her hairstyle covers her right eye.

*According with her first video posted, her age is not shown, but she can drink alcohol, sometimes until becoming drunk at few chatting streams. *When viewers asked at the time of the first delivery, the height was unknown for a long time due to she's considered a big maid, so it may be about 2 meters, but official information hasn't been sloppy yet, as she categorically claims to be a "big maid." *Her favorite thing is "writing letters on omelet rice" and as she's actually very good at drawing, it has never been shown in the distribution, except for 2 streams at 2020 May 28th. *Her favorite food is "Yukimi Daifuku". (In Japan, Yukimi Daifuku is a brand of mochi ice cream manufactured by Lotte) In addition, "favorite" and "dislike" (I. e., her favorite food or thing is yadon meat, and she dislikes liver) are introduced in the marquee that appears above or below in the distribution. *She seems to be not good at cooking, and when she introduced herself, she talked about many failed episodes. *Ilu started as a "Bubble VTuber" or "Niche VTuber" (Virtual Youtubers who have a very closed circle or fewer supporters). On the occasion of "Splatoon 3" release on 8 September, Ilu with Project Blue's member Sugar Glider released two covers uploaded on their respective channels: "Full Throttle Tentacle -Band Edition-" (From "Splatoon 2") on Ilu's channel, and "Shiokara Bushi -Band Edition-" (From "Splatoon") on Sugar's channel.
On 20 September, Ilu returned to Live ASMR, seeing about security measures worked properly.
On 3 November, Ilu participied on a duet with Lif Prase covering DECO*27's "Ai Kotoba IV". Video was uploaded on Lif Prase's channel, celebrating the 3rd Anniversary of both vtubers.

2023
On 25 March, Ilu released a cover of DECO*27's "Ojyamamushi II". The new feature on that premiered video is about a 3D model and a dedicated stage for the performance. Additionally, she uploaded a short video about testing the Ouchi 3D system.
On 4 May, she released a cover of Kai's "Kisetsu no hoho to Wonderland" with Tetra Kiiru (member of "Cocon Papillon").
In addition to the video of "Ojyamamushi II", on the June 24 broadcast, Ilu made a chatting stream using her Ouchi 3D system, demonstrating a smooth motion capture. Later, on July 11, she made his first ASMR using her 3D model.
On 20 July, for her birthday, she released a cover of Susan's "Kanojo wa tabi ni deru".
