On 15 November 2023, hololive English's Twitter account published a background image of a tavern with the message "WARNING Corruption beast outbreak in your area! Urgently complete efforts to protect life and property." This ended up being a teaser as later the same day, hololive English's Twitter account and HOLOSTARS English YouTube channel published a video introducing the new members of HOLOSTARS English: -ARMIS-. A small portion of the trailer was also uploaded to each member's channel as a teaser video. They also made their first tweet on this date. His Twitter account was created in September 2023.
On 17 November 2023 PST, Jurard debuted on YouTube. On the same day he released his first solo cover song "Jenny" by ivudot.

He sometimes shows a glimpse of his ferociousness when he is excited or angry, and uses twin pistols to hunt corruption beasts. Jurard believes that money and power can solve everything, and is known to be selfish and self-indulgent. His favorite phrases are "get rich quick" and "jackpot!" He is currently hyperfixated on chess, but due to his fickle nature, it is unclear how long this will last.
