Kishi is a British VTuber, utaite and cosplayer. She streams on YouTube on Twitch. She originally debuted in September 2020 as Eureka X49, a cybernetic themed Martian assassin. In 2025 she re-debuted under her original name Kishi in order to merge her VTuber and utaite identities.

Kishi has tanned skin and neck-length white hair with light blue streaks, decorated with various black and yellow hair pins. She has a pair of hamster-style ears on her head and a choker with a gold heart emblem. Her eyes are golden, but one can turn red, giving her heterochromia. She has a light blue band-aid over her nose. She wears a skimpy cyber-jirai style with a sheer dress, powder blue sleeves, black thigh-high socks with light-up yellow stripes. She has a sword tail.

Her outfit contains various references to her previous identity as Eureka X49. These include an armband which reads "49" and a tummy tattoo of a biohazard symbol. Her outfit also has tan lines marking the body parts of Eureka's outfit.

Kishi has a background in cosplay and utaite work. On 18 September 2020, she debuted as a VTuber on her original VTuber identity, a cybernetic being known as "Project: Eureka Experiment #49," or Eureka X49. She also went by the name "Eureka Shiki," with Shiki being an anagram of Kishi as a subtle nod to her past life.

She originally used a 3D VRoid model. On 11 September 2021, she debuted a Live2D model. She reached 2,000 YouTube subscribers on 15 January 2023.

On 18 August 2025, she began teasing a rebrand by posting a series of mysterious previews. On 10 September, she announced a rebrand from "Eureka" to "Kishi." Her emoji changed from ☣️ (biohazard symbol) to 🩹 (band-aid), and several accounts were renamed from "eurekax49" to "kishi_ex".
