Raora has long pink hair with a white streak, and pink cat ears and a long fuzzy tail to match. She has yellow eyes, although they appear to glow bright aquamarine when she wills it. She has tiny fangs.
She wears a white and black outfit with a pink off-shoulder coat that includes a gap for her tail. Her outfit includes white stockings, a round black hat, a pair of silver tinted goggles atop her head, and a single glove on her right hand. She also wears an enigmatic amulet with a blue gemstone. She can remove her googles, hat and coat.
Background
Raora first became a fan of VTubers when she watched clips of hololive member Inugami Korone. She admired the sense of joy Korone expressed during streams, and cites Korone as a major source of inspiration to becoming a VTuber herself.
Raora's YouTube channel was created on 3 April 2024, and her Twitter account was registered in the same month. In early production, her codename was "Pizza." She chose her codename herself.
Raora was announced as one of four members of hololive English -Justice- on 18 June 2024 in a video titled The Mission Begins! Raora made her first tweet shortly after. This was followed by a short profile video, titled I see you!
The announcement of hololive English fourth generation took most of the VTuber community by surprise. The previous English generation, Advent, had debuted less than a year earlier, and Cover's last quarterly report had suggested a strategy of less frequent VTuber debuts. The names of the new members had been leaked by trademark registration a few hours prior to their official announcement.
Prior to debut, the members of Justice recorded an audio series of "missions" where they visited a shrine to wish for a successful debut, visited a haunted house, visited a maid cafe, and met with FUWAMOCO for advice. The clips would not be released until December 2024.
Raora reached 100,000 YouTube subscribers prior to debut.
Debut
Raora made her debut stream on 22 June 2024 at 8:45PM PDT. It was attended by over 110,000 viewers at peak.
It was followed by the release of her cover of the DECO*27 song Hibana.
Immediately following this, the Justice debut event concluded with the release of their first original single, ABOVE BELOW, and the first Justice collab on 22 June at 9:30 PM PDT.

On 1 January, Raora debuted her new year costume. Raora has high-long, twintails, decorated with white and golden ribbons. To the left she wears a white mask with the form of a panther. Raora uses a black choker with a pink ribbon and two small bicolored hearts hanging from a circular, golden pin, two strings are attached to this pin and go down through her neckline. Raora wears a shoulderless, long sleeved, white kimono with golden and pink edges. The sleeves have a wide, white, fluffy section and the edges have a semicircular pattern in pink. Her is layered with a pink button layer and a black upper layer with golden pattern, to the side the obi has a blue and white ribbon similar in shape to a pinwheel. Her skirt has a cut to the side, revealing her leg and that the inner section is pink, on the other side the kimono has the pattern of a pink panther. Raora wears long, white socks and black sandals. Raora can carry a Chattino wearing a and hold a brush.
