Takehana Note, known in Japanese as 竹花ノート, has streamed independently on YouTube since June 2018. She’s an illustrator as well as a VTuber, and she’s designed a significant number of other VTubers. Her streams lean toward drawing, free talk, and gaming, with singing sometimes folded into the art streams.

I do streams like drawing, singing while drawing and chatting while drawing. I want to fulfill song and spoken line requests (within my ability) more, since drawing requests are more difficult.

On 6 April, she announced in a stream that the crowd-sourcing goal of having a 3D model has been met.
Identity
- Note is sometimes called "Note-mama" as the illustrator behind several VTubers.
- She mostly dons the persona of "Note-mama," using a feminine voice and mannerism. However, she also sometimes streams as the male illustrator behind the character.
- She used to utilize a pitch changer most of the time, but afterwards tried to do a feminine voice without using a voice changer. As a result, she is now able to do both feminine and masculine voices. Because of this ability she is considered a "both-sexes type" (両声類) (バ美肉) VTuber similar to Fairys.
