Ienaga Mugi

Mugi is a 0-year-old university student. She used to occasionally go to school but has basically withdrawn from society. She loves video games, her older brother and she loves to eat but is a devastatingly bad cook. She also enjoys visiting museums and reading books, and has many hobbies such as writing novels.

She has bad eyesight and often confuses garbage bags with cats. She is worried that the color of her roots is not matching with the rest of her hair, however, she is unable to visit a hairdresser since she is afraid of the outside world. She started streaming because she wanted to make friends.

She has long blonde hair with roots and light brown eyes and wears a pink and white striped hoodie that has a few paw prints and matching bottoms with pink and white earphones with paw prints and pink slippers with white kitty faces.

Following the popularity of their "Official NIJISANJI Virtual Livers," Ichikara Inc. opened a second set of auditions on 22 February 2018, featuring Mugi as one of the available designs. On 15 March, Ichikara Inc. formally revealed their second generation of Virtual Livers, introducing them as members of the group "NIJISANJI.

Mugi's YouTube channel was created on 5 March 2018 and her Twitter account also created in same month. Her first tweet was made on 5 March 2018.

• In her video, I am a Virtual Youtuber, Mugi introduced herself in English. However, some of the questionable things that she said suggest that she does not fully understand the meaning of the words.
• She is a holder of the EIKEN Grade 2 certification.

• In one video, a mishap had her answer a personal call on her phone while live streaming.
• Mugi is a certified expert entitled "Yorokombu Supporter" (よろんぶサポーター) (a portmanteau or "yorokobu" which means 'to be delighted' and "kombu") after successfully passed the Kombu Proficiency Test organised by Japan Kombu Association during the "NIJISANJI B Grade Variety (tentative)" episode 30 along with Hayase Sou, Ibrahim, and Kenmochi Toya. Their names are officially posted on Japan Kombu Association webpage as certificate holders.
