Towa Fiona, formerly Tsukito Hana, was a Japanese VTuber tied to WACTOR and later 910inc. She first debuted on YouTube in November 2019, returned under the Towa Fiona name in July 2025, and was retired again in December 2025. Recasting and re-debut
Towa Fiona's Twitter account was created in July 2025.
On 14 July, Hana's YouTube channel changed its name to "Towa Fiona" (兎和フィオナ) and also posted an upcoming debut live stream scheduled for 20 July. On the same day, the 910inc official Twitter reposted a tweet from Fiona made through her new Twitter account. In the tweet, Fiona can be seen re-using Hana's 2D model while speaking tongue twisters with a new voice.
On 20 July, Tsukito Hana re-debuted under 910inc as "Towa Fiona" (兎和フィオナ).
On 22 August, Fiona celebrated her first month as a VTuber with a commemorative stream.

2019
On 11 November, Hana debuted on YouTube.
Retirement
Hana's last YouTube stream was on 26 January 2022, and her last tweet was on 28 January. She also uploaded three streams on Twitcasting during this time, the only ones visible on that account.
Following 28 January, all accounts connected to the talent had ceased all activity.
On 16 April, the talent behind Hana released an announcement regarding the end of her contract, revealing that her health had gotten so dire that she had to request to retire. This tweet would be retweeted by the former talents behind former members Shino Laila and Kurari Rose, and she would retweet their statements about their situations as well.
2023
On 15 February, Hana's former voice actress released another statement, which publicly revealed her past identity to be Tsukito Hana, through a tweet from her new VTuber character Yumeiri Reyu. She mentioned her attempts to contact WACTOR through her lawyer to no avail. Following this, she also revealed that her contract with WACTOR was officially terminated on 30 April 2022 after her health-related stoppage of activities, with consultation from her legal team.
Second retirement
On 26 December, 910inc announced Towa Fiona's retirement, claiming that they have lost contact with her after a series of incidents they have listed on the announcement: * On 17 November, they claimed that she sold merchandise using the Towa Fiona character IP (owned by 910inc) without permission from management, through channels she set up herself to bypass the company and gain direct profit from it. * On 12 December, she apparently notified them about an incident involving the police at her place, and instructed her to go on hiatus, but she did not take any action. * On 14 December, she notified the company with a request to terminate her contract due to poor health as the reason, and they asked her to provide a date for a meeting to discuss this, but apparently she made no further response. * On 19 December, they claimed that they will adjust her workload as necessary and will consider contract termination with mutual agreement, requesting a medical certificate to support her poor health claim, but received no response and no further contact since then. Thus, they have decided on retirement of the character.
