Towa Fiona (兎和フィオナ), formerly Tsukito Hana (ツキトハナ), was a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber initially associated with WACTOR. She debuted in late 2019 originally with Mirais' sister unit, but became part of WACTOR's 1st generation along with Mitsurugi Lia, Kogure Piyoko, and Nanaha Rui. She retired in 2022, and returned in July 2025 under WACTOR Inc.'s rebranded agency 910inc, with a new name (Towa Fiona), a new voice actress, and a new Twitter account. In December 2025, Towa Fiona was officially retired by 910inc, marking the second time this character has been retired.
