A Leviathan, who was deeply moved by the free and adventurous seas of the shonen manga that humans created, has voluntarily retired from her position as an Admiral of the otherworldly navy. After leaving behind her life as a corporate slave ruling the vast oceans, she decided to jump into the human world to experience all the entertainment this world has to offer. Leading a group of lackeys, she began streaming, but soon became a target of the authorities who are plotting to drag her back to her position. She was declared internationally wanted. Various people, lured by the bounty on her head, attempt to capture her, but with her pet Behemoth by her side, she freely travels across the seas of the human world. Her trademark is her bright red hair that shines in the dark night.

A demon (Leviathan) who was so captivated by the freedom and adventure of the ocean depicted in the shonen manga that she took from a human child, that she impulsively retired from their position as Hell’s naval admiral. Turning away from their workaholic lifestyle ruling the seas of Hell, she leapt into the human world to explore all forms of entertainment and established a demonic headquarters. Leading a crew of assistants, she began streaming activities, but soon found themselves on Hell’s most-wanted list, thanks to a boss determined to drag them back to their duties. Various demons attack to claim the bounty on her head, however with her pet Behemoth, she skillfully navigates the human seas to escape capture. Her trademark is her fiery red hair, glowing under the dark night sky.

On 23 July, Hotaru announced her departure from VShojo, along with her genmates. The news followed the departure of most of the English-language members of VShojo, following allegations that the company had failed to pay members for several months and witheld over $500,000 in charity donations.
