Disbanding
On 9 September, as Star☆Ring announced their disbanding by the end of the month, Miran will become independent on 30 September.
On 17 October, she reached 40,000 subscribers on YouTube.
On 14 November, she demonstrated her 2.0 update. She got more facial expressions, can hold her violin with one hand, and turn her violin into red or purple.

Rebranding
On 30 August, she announced she would change her scene name into "MiRan." In addition, she announced her new affiliation with the music production group muchoo, to help her evolving in music content creation.
