A young maid who snuck out of a mansion in a remote region. She looks like a quiet person but that is not really true, she does her things at her own pace and she a bit of an airhead. Maybe that is the reason why she always smiling and nodding during meetings with other members while not understanding one bit of it, which happened quite a lot. The stuffed animal is bought by her grandmother who lives in Japan for her is to replace the pet she cannot have due having animal allergy. She is in the mission to find a master whom she can serve wholeheartedly.

* From 18 July - 29 July 2023, Toi was invited to join the first Vaultroom x Crazy Raccoon (VCR) GTA event server, later joining the "La Familia" gang led by rpr.
* On 19 November 2023, she participated in Shibuya HAL's Vtuber Most Cooperatitive Tournament Act1 (VSaikyou) VALORANT tournament as part of the team "VCure 6 GOGO" (Vきゅあ6GOGO) along with Kaga Nazuna, Tachibana Hinano, Shirayuki Reid and Kanade Izuru. Their team got 6th place.
* From 10 - 21 December 2023, she participated in the VCR GTA Season 2 event server. Toi initially joined as a baker, forming a trio of bakers dressed in sexy outfits called "Panpan Uooters" (ぱんぱんうぉーたーず) along with Shishido Akari (nicknamed Uouo) and Kaminari Qpi, becoming known as the "bread girls". On the 14th, they quit baking and joined a gang called YggdRasill (ゆぐどらしる), after getting invited to join by the gang boss, Rader.
* From 2 December - 12 December 2024, Toi participated in the VCR GTA Season 3 event server. She initially joined the paramedic team, until DarumaisGod recruited her into his gang, Bloody Bad Bunny.
* On 10 January 2025, Toi participated in the TIE RECON CUP2 Apex tournament along with J0hn and 4rufa as "Team 4rufa". The team placed 1st in the overall ranking, winning the tournament.
