Tsukuri has short blonde hair with a dark brown underdye, along with a few colorful paint splatters. She has eyes with golden orange irises. As a squirrel girl, she has dark brown squirrel ears with the inside fur of the same color as her hair, as well as a fluffy (not crispy) yellow squirrel tail, also with paint splatters.

2020
On 24 February, Tsukuri debuted on YouTube with a self-introduction video.
2021
On 21 January, on her first birthday celebration, she also released her original song and 1st single, "Bokura dake no Hoshi" (ボクラダケノホシ) both as a physical CD and through digital music services.
2022
On 22 August, ZERO Project announced that it was disbanding on 30 November of that year.
Retirement
On 31 August, Kinohoshi Tsukuri and Ichiya Uru graduated from the agency and retired. Tsukuri also premiered her cover of "1000-nen Ikiteru" (1000年生きてる) by feat. Hatsune Miku on her channel as a farewell.

- The talent/voice actress behind Kinohoshi Tsukuri has publicly revealed a connection between Tsukuri and her new identity, Puwapuwa Popura from Aogiri High School, as Popura has immediately revealed during her debut on the main Aogiri channel that she was reincarnated. An official Aogiri High School short that went viral (with 4 million views) even directly called her Kinohoshi Tsukuri.
