Mikoto is a dragon girl with long, straight bluish white hair with one curved ahoge and eyes with purple irises. She has short, thick eyebrows, short white dragon ears and a double pair of dark blue and light blue dragon horns on her head.
On her original design, she has a gold hairclip on the left side of her hair and a pair of blue and white Shide paper accessories hanging from small gold bells on both sides of her head. On her body, she wears a white and blue shrine maiden kimono top that exposes her shoulders and the cleavage of her ample bosom. The top has very long multi-layered kimono sleeves that completely cover her hands. The middle part of the outfit is deep blue with open gaps on the sides, held together by black strings and covered with a large blue ribbon in the middle. The bottom part is a short deep blue pleated skirt. On her legs, she has a pair of sky blue thigh high socks and white shoes with slipper-style gold bands on her feet.
She has a pair of katanas with blue hilts hanging by either side of her hips.

On 11 March, Mikoto announced that she would be going on indefinite hiatus from streaming. During the stream, she clarified that she was not retiring, but shared that the hiatus was due to a number of reasons, including firstly, that she needs to move to a new place. Second, even after that she also has to return to her parents' house to help her mother take care of her grandmother. She cannot stream in the meantime, but she is able to maintain some activity on Twitter.
On 16 December, she made a tweet marking her second anniversary as a VTuber, and gave thanks for her channel reaching 10,000 subscribers even during her hiatus.
