Neco is a former goddess who escaped from the country of gods!
After coming down to earth, she has lost all of her divine power, and therefore became a normal human. In order to blend in with the human world, she plays video games, does livestreams and also surrounds herself with cat merchandise, which she believes will allow her to amass infinite "power" once again.

On 21 October, Neco received sponsorship support from the Japanese PC maker "LEVEL∞" as part of the unit "IRIS Vunit" which she formed together with the independent VTubers Nenemaru and Hisui Tora.
2023
On 7 October, Neco debuted her 3D model.
On 23 October, she announced her upcoming re-debut stream scheduled on 28 October.
On 28 October, she re-debuted as a starting member of the VTuber/Vlogger agency Vlash, debuting her newly redesigned 2D model with a new illustrator, necömi and two new Live2D modellers: Shirasawa Kazane and Nachiku. On 13 February, she revealed her new hairstyles, plus a new toggle that lets her hold her mascot Nanimoshinai-kun in her arms, as well as announcing her new merch.
2026
On 13 January, Vlash announced that it was disbanding, with Neco continuing her VTuber activities as a solo talent affiliated with Vlash's parent company ENILIS Inc. Neco released her own statement on the matter, explaining that she will be an indie with an "agent contract" affiliation (i.e. a project-based freelance contractor) with ENILIS Inc. while she works to finish her current projects with them.
On 22 February, she debuted her new outfit (her second after re-debut, fourth costume overall). The design is a mostly white nurse outfit with hot pink accents.
On 16 March, she announced a new set of maid scenario voice packs for sale, noting on Twitter that it's her first project since she returned to independent VTuber status.

- On 25 April 2020, Neco participated in the Shooting Festival Splatoon 2 tournament as a member of "Splatoon Kindergarten" (team consisting of Neco, Kaga Nazuna, Kogara Toto, and Kurumi Noah). The team won 1st place.
- On 14 June 2024, Neco participated in the "V×Rush!!! in RED° TOKYO TOWER" collaboration event with RED° TOKYO TOWER, a digital theme park in , featuring Vlash members and other female streamers as event performers.
