Terra gives off younger sister with gremlin vibes. Despite often running low on sleep, Terra brings tons of energy to her streams. She loves banter and trolling but is sweet and caring underneath.

Terra is short in stature with very long, curly black hair, and purple and teal-blue highlights. She has a very large and bouncy ahoge, buns, and hair braids. Her eyes are reddish pink with white lightning bolts as her pupils. She has a green 'core' in the center of her flat chest. She wears a bodysuit with cutouts and frills on her hips. She has a long black tail that has an endpoint that resembles the WIFI symbol.

On 8 September 2024, V4Mirai announced her generation, Voltail. On 12 September, V4Mirai allowed fans to meet Voltail via a Minecraft quest. On 14 September, Terra posted her first teaser video on Twitter.

On 22 September 2024, Terra debuted alongside her Voltail genmates.
