Usuwa Suu is a very cheerful swan-girl from a story book. Her method of speech is rather formal, but she carries it in a way that sounds familiar rather than cold or distant. Being a Vsinger, she is very proud of her music, and will often spend much of her talking streams telling stories from the recording studio or building excitement for upcoming events and releases, or discussing those that have just passed. She doesn't bring forward many personal hobbies in her streams, so her schedule is comprised entirely of ASMR, talking streams, and song/cover releases.

She has medium length greyish hair with light purple hair and a blue flower hair accessory. She has a mostly black and white Gothic Lolita style dress.

Usuwa Suu is a story book character that came to life. More specifically, she is the titular protagonist of the Ugly Duckling. She was bullied by her fellow ducklings for looking different from them; she was larger and her feathers were of a different colour. This drove her to the point of running away from her family. At some point after, another animal showed her kindness for the first time; this animal was a human.
She had to leave that human to go join her own kind, as it turned out the reason for her odd appearance was that she wasn't a duckling, but a cygnet (baby swan). Hoping to one day find that human and thank him for his kindness, she left her story book and began meeting as many humans as she could, eventually becoming a Virtual YouTuber in the process.
2021
On 10 July, she got a new Costume, along with a horn and ear accessory, giving her a unicorn like, fantasy creature vibes.
On 1 August, she celebrated her 1st anniversary and she got her 3D model and did her first 3D Live Show. Also she released a new Original Song キセキの翼 / Kiseki no Tsubasa
On 11 September, she released another original song, マーマレイドと白昼夢/Marmalade and Daydream
2022
On 26 March, she announced on Twitter that she would be graduating from SKYCOLOR Project by the end of March, but she would continue her activities.
On the following day, it was announced that Suu would be joining agency Re:AcT effective 2 April, along with the debuts of Makoh Lisa and Ayamo Nono. In preparation for her debut, Suu received a full redesign, and all videos previously created during her time in SKYCOLOR Project were hidden except for a selected few.
On 2 April, Suu officially re-debuted, now as a member of Re:AcT.
