On 15 August, Izumi reached 30,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 22 August, Izumi announced on her Twitter account that she would get her 3D model.

On 12 September, Izumi debuted her 3D model during a stream.

On 6 November, she announced on her Twitter account that she would get her second 2D costume.

On 8 November, Izumi debuted her second 2D costume and her model udpates. In her new costume she has a new hairstyle now using low twintails, she wears a pink and purple kimono with a flower pattern at the bottom.

On 21 December, she reached 40,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 21 February, Izumi announced on her Twitter account that her 2D model would be updated to the 2.0 version.

On 22 February, she showcased a 2.0 of her original model, with her hair and face received big movement improvements, her chest, collar the handkerchief in her arm and skirt now move as she turns around.

On 27 March, Izumi reached 50,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 31 May, Izumi announced on her Twitter account that she would get her third 2D costume.

On 6 June, Izumi debuted her third 2D costume, in this costume Izumi got a new hairstyle now with loose hair, she wears casual clothes using a black blouse with transparent sleeves and a purple skirt.

On 16 August, Izumi reached 60,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 21 April, Izumi announced on her Twitter account that she would get her fourth 2D costume.

On 22 April, Izumi debuted her fourth 2D costume. In this costume, Izumi got a new hairstyle using a high ponytail to the left side, decorated with a pink ribbon. The earrings she wears are similar to her standard ones, but are white and pink instead of golden. In this costume she wears an angel inspired, shoulderless, white, partially see though ruffled babydoll that opens in her midriff, and it is tied on the back by thin laces. The babydoll is decorated with various bows, including a pink one on the chest and two small blue ones on the sleeves, the babydoll also has white wings on the back. Underneath it, she wears a ruffled pink bra. She uses pink and white shorts, long white socks decorated with small bows in light blue, light pink and pink color.

On 14 August, Izumi reached 80,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 12 November, she alongside Kazami Kuku debuted their first original song, "HachaMecha Verse."

On 21 March, the VTuber groups "AniMare," "Honey Strap," "Sugar Lyric," "Hiyoku no Crosspiece" and solo talents were merged into one group, including management, aiming to make it easier for the talents to thrive under just one brand.

On 23 January, Izumi debuted her fifth 2D costume as her new main costume. She got a redesign with this costume, including both her physical features and clothes designed by her new character designer, Satou Pote. While this is a brand new model, 774 inc. officially considers it her fifth costume. Izumi has a bob haircut with her locks styled to the side and an ahoge, the pink lights are more prominent than in her original appearance. Izumi wears a shoulderless, sleeveless, white top with vertical lines. A bar-code can be seen in her left arm. Her top is decorated with a black and pink short tie and pink ribbon pins on the right. On the left she can use a nametag with the code: 123-2020-0222 which represents the month and day of her birth and then the date she debuted. Izumi uses tight, ripped, black shorts, with four silver buttons and openings on the sides united by straps. She has asymmetrical pink socks and black long boots. Izumi can also wear a white jacket with pink sleeves falling from her shoulders and have a small capybara on her shoulder. Her top also has a variant with a pink, thin, semicircular edge.

On 15 May, Izumi reached 90,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 20 October, Izumi reached 100,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 25 January, Izumi debuted her new 3D model based on her new visual redesign.

On 1 March, Izumi, alongside Kazami Kuku celebrated their 5th anniversary with a Live 3D concert, showcasing her new 3D model. The event featured special guest appearances by Astel Leda and Sorahoshi Kirame.

* On 15 July 2021, 774inc C99's Twitter account announced that its talents would appear in the event Nanashiinku bake~shon! in which every member would appear in limited time merchandize including original artwork by studio A-1 Pictures depicting them in swinsuits. The merchandize included, posters, hand fans, cushions, keychains, pins, beach balls and special conmemorative drinks associated with each group. The event was held in the EJ Anime Theater in Shinjuku City from 22 July to 1 August.
