Ailene has long straight white hair (in magical girl form) and eyes with magenta irises. In normal form, she has brown hair.
Mailene has long straight black hair and eyes with blue irises.

Magical Girl AiMain are a pair of magical girl sisters who communicate through AI! Ailene (older sister) and Mailene (younger sister) are here again today to brighten up your day!
Ailene
Ailene has a sloppy and haphazard personality, which her younger sister Mailene has given up on. She's normally a college student who loves beer with snacks, much like an old man.
Mailene
Mailene is a clean freak with a fussy personality, which her older sister Ailene has gotten fed up with. Normally, she's a book-loving and studious high school girl, but if you make her mad, her sadistic side comes out.
2023
On 10 March, Ailene and Mailene debuted on the AiMain channel on YouTube.
On 20 July, Ailene debuted her new outfit. The design is casual roomwear, featuring a white T-shirt with the words "No Beer No Life" in black print on it.
On 4 October, Ailene celebrated her first birthday.
On 7 December, Mailene began a vertical format endurance stream with the goal of reaching 1,000 subscribers. The goal was reached after 7 streams, on 11 December.

- AiMain (アイマイン) is pronounced "I mine" in English. Ailene (アイリーン) is pronounced similar to "Eileen" while Mailene (マイリーン) is pronounced similar to "Mylene".
- Ailene's transformed hair color is white, but her normal hair color is brown, which makes her look nearly identical to Mailene. They can be differentiated by the colors of their irises: magenta for Ailene and blue for Mailene.
- They may look like twins, but Ailene (21) is canonically 3 years older than Mailene (18).
