About
Amagai Ruka, a member of the indie unit Weather Planet alongside Appare Hinata, debuted in April 2025 and streams Japanese content focusing on gaming, music, free-talk sessions, and singing. Her character is illustrated by Parsley and rigged by Kanbutsu Himono, and she's known for her distinctive oshi mark of a raindrop with a dolphin, which fans call "Trainer-san."

Ruka has a sweet and kind, but somewhat taunt-loving personality.
She has a childish and very soft talking voice that can be described as a mix of those of NIJISANJI members Hoshikawa Sara and Matsukai Mao, but can also produce a mature voice when singing, much like Shirakami Fubuki with her "Kurokami" voice.

She has long silver hair with blue highlights braids on each side of her head and blue eyes. She also wears a blue raincoat.
Background
From 22 to 23 April 2025, Weather Planet announced its two members: Amagai Ruka and Appare Hinata.
Ruka debuted on 27 April 2025 and was the first member to debut. She reached over 100,000 subscribers before debut stream, it was 300,000 after the stream, and 400,000 subscribers on the next day. Ruka and Hinata released their first original song "Goodbye forecast" on the same day.
