Luna's design was revealed alongside UzuMe's and Seira Mint's on the NHOT BOT YouTube stream on 7 April 2022. On the same day, Luna tweeted her first tweet on her Twitter account. She debuted alongside UzuMe and Mint on 26 April on the NHOT BOT YouTube stream. She streamed for the first time on her YouTube channel on 2 May. She uploaded her first video to bilibili on 9 May.

On 1 April, following the last concert NHOT BOT, NHOT BOT Last Concert -Cinderella Night- Graduation Day 2023, held the day prior, SonyMusic announced that Luna and Seira Mint would retire, while the rest of the group would become independent VTubers.
