FLOW GLOW was first teased on 6 November 2024 on hololive's Twitter account featuring ReGLOSS members. Isaki Riona was accepted to hololive on her first audition, and had a history of auditioning to various projects from a young age.
On 7 November, on FLOW GLOW's YouTube channel a teaser was published presenting its members. Shortly after a teaser video was published in each member's channel. Riona also made her first tweet on this date. Her YouTube channel was created on 1 August 2024.
On 8 November, FLOW GLOW released their first original song FG ROADSTER."
Riona debuted on 9 November and was the first member to debut. She reached 100,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during the stream, and released her first solo cover song "Body&Soul" by SPEED on the same day.

On 29 May, during her birthday, Riona released her first official original song "Ring my name."
