Personality
Magical Yumina is a very happy girl willing to help her older brother (お兄ちゃん, Onii-chan), the player of the game or in this case the viewer of her videos, with any kind of problems he could have. She also enjoys to try several dresses apart from her Magical Girl attires.
She regards herself as a Virtual Sister (バーチャルシスター / 仮想妹 Baacharu Shisutaa) of the viewer.
Her catchphrase is "I, Love, Peace!" (アイ・ラブ・ピース!), that can be read also as "Ai, Love, Peace!"
She is very concerned with the apparent pervertedness of her brother.
Appearance
She has light brown hair in a ponytail and grey eyes with winged shaped hair accessories.
Background
In the game LoveR, Magical Yumina is the magical transformation of one of the characters the player can woo, the younger sister of the protagonist, Yumina (優美菜). Under this transformation, Magical Yumina serves as the tutorial NPC, teaching the player the mechanics of the game. Because Magical Yumina is not a character the player can date, she serves as a practice model for the pictures the player will later need to take in order to advance with any of the preferred girls.
Trivia
- The spelling of her name is in katakana (ユミナ), to differentiate her from her videogame counterpart whose name is written in kanji (優美菜).
- The Yumina of LoveR is in her first year of High School, making her around from seven to ten years older than her magical girl version.
- Magical Yumina claims that she's 9-years-old, but it is implied this is just a side effect of the magical transformation of the older Yumina.
- Magical Yumina and her LoveR doppelganger are voiced and performed by voice actress Yumiri Hanamori (花守ゆみり)https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yumiri_Hanamorihttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qedp625H8OQ
