- Initially, she was just a VTuber who was playing #COMPASS as an 'Official Player Without Permission', but 3 months after her first #COMPASS video, she was invited to #COMPASS TEPPEN Battle official tournament livestream as a guest, and 2 months later, she was confirmed to become a hero in.
- During one of her earliest videos posted in 2018, the animation shows Hinata split into two persons; one looking forward to playing PUBG and becoming a famous YouTuber, the other giving her consent. During the animation, the Hinata that played PUBG reported to the other one that she was being mocked by another player, saying things like "If you're such a genius I'd like to see you get 1st using only the worst equipment lol." She proceeded to accept the challenge and took down 9 players with only a handgun and grenades. In the animation, the player that mocked Hinata was named Virtual Dog, and had a profile picture showing only their ear and blue hair. This person closely resembles Inugami Kokage, Hinata's channel mate, who had yet to debut at the time the video was posted.

On 27 February, the number of her YouTube subscribers exceeded 100,000, just 11 days after the channel was opened and with only 2 videos uploaded.
On 9 April, she announced her affiliation with ENTUM.
2019
On 10 January, the anime Virtual-san wa Miteiru began airing. Hinata was one of the six main cast members alongside Mirai Akari, Tsukino Mito, Dennou Shojo Siro, and the HIMEHINA duo (Tanaka Hime & Suzuki Hina).
On 16 December, ENTUM announced its closure on 31 December. The following day, 17 December, Hinata posted a video update, stating that she will continue activities as an independent VTuber.
2020
On 16 February, Hinata celebrated her 2nd anniversary.
2022
On 6 November, she released her 4th anniversary song "Himawari messēji" ("Sunflower Message") on her YouTube channel.
