- According to Moegirlpedia, Otome sketched a study of her current avatar, and it was handed over to illustrator Paryi who finalized the draft.
- The Japanese word for "Otome" was once blocked and not searchable on Bilibili according to Moegirlpedia contributors. For this reason, Otome is called BanTuber by some. As of August 2020, the block is lifted, and Otome Oto's full name is searchable.
- She has her own way of showing solidarity with now-retired VTubers of Otogi Resurrection. Otome joined the graduation streams of Momoi Saki, Ushiwaka Shino, and Shihou Mikura; according to Moegirlpedia, she was in the livechat section, and her Marshmallow questions showed up. Moegirlpedia contributors point out that she not only attempted to help Saki find a new VTuber role, but also spread the word on Twitter. Curiously, the source text did not include any relevant citation. It is unclear from the source text where Saki went and whether or not Otome's attempt was successful.
