On 28 October, her YouTube channel reached 100,000 subscribers during her Minecraft stream where she became Stomach-kun and would only turn back to normal once she have reached her channel's goal.

On 21 March, Kana released her first solo cover song Interviewer in line with the celebration of Tulip-gumi’s half year anniversary and her reaching 150,000 YouTube subscribers.

On 11 April, she participated in NIJISANJI’s Singing Stream Relay.

On 14 May, during her birthday stream she opened her membership on her channel and released a teaser of her new outfit to commemorate her 50,000 subscribers milestone. She revealed her new Gothic Lolita outfit the following day on her YouTube channel.

On 3 June, Kana debuted the 2.0 brushup of her Live2D model.

On 11 June, Kana and Shirayuki Tomoe's duo name (formerly "NIJISANJI Seiheki Konbi") is now officially called "Crossick" which represents their intersecting "sickness" and as well as their cross hairpins.

On 28 June, announced during the ASOBINOTES ONLINE FES, Kana will take part of Bandai Namco Entertainment's new dance music project, DEN-ON-BU, to which she'll voice a character named Houou Karin (鳳凰火凛).

On 30 June, she revealed her new Spring-themed outfit during her Ring Fit Adventure endurance stream for her 200,000 YouTube subscribers milestone.

On 4 September, it was announced that she would be getting her 3D debut. The model debut stream was held on 12 September.

On 8 October, she debuted her Niji3D.

On 7 December, it was announced that Kana would be a regular participant on NIJISANJI's New Quiz Variety Program "NijiQuiz" that would be broadcasted once a month starting 13 December.

On 16 December, Kana released her cover of "KING" by Kanaria.

On 8 January, her YouTube channel reached 300,000 subscribers.

On 14 May, Kana announced that she will be taking a break from solo streaming starting June until March of 2022. She had been hinting about the break since 2020 but finally announced it officially on her birthday stream. She also mentioned that she originally planned to start the break last January but decided to delay it for the meantime until it became hard for her to balance both study and streaming. Her other activities like NijiQuiz, Den-On-Bu, voice packs, etc., will still continue as scheduled and will occasionally do member-only streams and celebratory solo streams.

On 5 June, CHARON Inc. announced that Kana, along with Momosuzu Nene and Fukuya Master, will take part in a horror/romance visual novel game titled, MenheRafflesia Flowering Abyss as the voice actress for the character Ayume Daffodil (あゆめスイセン). The game was released on 25 June 2021.

On 6 August, Kana released her Official NIJISANJI LINE Sticker.

On 13 September, Kana reached 400,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 21 September, Kana revealed her new Key Visual.

On 30 October, Kana's new 3D model, wearing Houou Karin's outfit, was revealed along with Sister Claire and Hoshikawa Sara's respective versions during the DEN-ON-BU 1st Live -MAKE WAVES-.

On 7 December, it was announced that Kana will also be taking a break from NijiQuiz to focus on her nearing examination and hopes to be back around late-March or April of 2022.

On 11 March, Kana celebrated her return from her 9-month break after taking the Qualifying Examination. She also announced her new costume that will be revealed on 15 March.

On 27 April, in line with the commemoration of Dore ga Koi Ka ga Wakaranai Vol. 1 release, a voice comic of its first chapter was released whereas Kana voiced the main character, Soraike Mei (空池メイ).

On 16 May, Kana's YouTube channel was wrongfully terminated without warning during her collaboration stream with Hijirime Laeria due to "severe violations of YouTube's policy on nudity or sexual content" like several other VTubers, including fellow NIJISANJI Liver, Mika Melatika. It is believed that spam bots with icon that contains sensual image is what triggered the YouTube algorithm to terminate her account.

On 17 May, her YouTube channel has been restored.

On 8 July, ANYCOLOR announced that Kana, along with Mononobe Alice, Lize Helesta, Elu, and other NIJISANJI Livers, will be featured in a new mixed-media project, Lie:verse Liars, in collaboration with KADOKAWA Co. and BALCOLONY. Kana will be playing the role of Himekawa Saki (姫川沙希) in the comic version.

On 27 September, Kana released her Official NIJISANJI LINE Sticker Vol. 2.

On 13 October, Kana's "Halloween 2022" goods and voice went up for sale. She was one of six Livers featured in this series, with merchandise including snapshot cards, acrylic stands, postcards, metal keychains, and folding mirrors.

On 25 October, Kana reached reached 500,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during her Getting Over It stream.

On 31 October, Kana's 3.0 Brushup of her Live2D model has been announced.

On 15 February, Kana was invited on Identity V Forum's Valentine Special Event with her very own segment entitled "I want to escape from Sukoya-sama" and competed with notable Identity V streamers as the hunter. She won a total of 150,000 Echoes (300,000 JPY worth of in-game currency).

On 14 May, during her Birthday DJ Stream, she announced that she will be releasing original songs for 6 consecutive months.

On 11 February, a prototype of her scale figure by DMM Factory was exhibited in Wonder Festival 2024 [Winter].

On 8 May, Dizm announced that Kana will take part in the movie project, Katashiro Replica, along with Suo Sango and other artists as a supporting character of their respective guest artists. The movie was premiered at Theatre Shinjuku from 21 ~ 27 of June and is also slated to be premiered at Osaka and Kyoto in August.

On 28 September, Kana appeared as guest performer on Mokota Mememe's 2nd Solo Live Day Performance.

On 8 November, PARCO STAGE announced that Kana will take part in the theater special edition, Katashiro ~Relive Vol.1~, along with Elu, Suo Sango and other artists as a supporting characters. Kana's stage performances with guest artists El Desperado and Onoe Ukon are scheduled to take place on December 25 and 26, respectively.

On 1 March, Kana appeared as guest performer on Aitsuki Nakuru's Birthday Live Day Performance along with Kageyama Shien and Natsume Itsuki.

On 9 March, Kana's new 3D model, wearing a new version Houou Karin's outfit, was revealed along with Sister Claire and Hoshikawa Sara's respective versions during the DEN-ON-BU 4th Live -MUSIC FOR LIBERTY-.

On 28 July, PARCO STAGE announced that Kana will take part in the theater special edition, Katashiro ~Relive Vol.2~, along with Elu, Debidebi Debiru, Lunlun, Suo Sango and other artists as a supporting character. Kana's stage performances with guest artists YOH and Yamasato Ryota are both scheduled to take place on August 6.

On 19 September, Kana held her 6th anniversary stream where she recreated her debut stream and officially revealed that she holds a medical license as a doctor, confirming the long-standing speculation about her background. She explained that she had been given permission to disclose it after previously keeping her occupation vague during her early years as a Liver. In the same stream, she also announced the cover song of PinocchioP’s ''Boku Nanka Inakute mo. '' Following the anniversary, Kana tweeted that she had often questioned her place in NIJISANJI and whether her presence was necessary, reflecting on her struggles to balance her medical career and streaming, which led to her choice of the song.
