TERUAKI TSUBOKURA 坪倉 輝明 Media Artist / Creative Technologist 自作ソフトウェアによるインタラクティブな映像演出やハードウェアデバイスによるフィジカルセンシング等、様々な技術を自在に組み合わせ、ソフトウェア／ハードウェアの垣根を超えた作品の制作をするメディアアーティスト。 デジタルに依存しつつもアナログの持つ魅力を特に重要視しており、現実世界での「体験」をデジタル技術を駆使して拡張し、現実とデジタルの境が曖昧になるような人間の感覚をハックする作品を多く作る。 This self-made software goes beyond the bounds of other software and hardware systems to allow one to use various techniques and combine them freely to do things such as producing interactive images, or interacting with the Kinect, the Wii remote, or the Arduino's hardware device's physical sensors. While it is digital, being able to handle the analogue was also an important consideration, and it uses our modern world's "experiences" to blend the boundaries between reality and the digital. It is enjoyable to express this middle-ground between the two.
