Doppio is an energetic oddball who projects tremendous self-confidence, to the point where he can say and do outlandish things with complete seriousness.
He has a penchant for exaggerated, dramatized and sometimes nonsensical quips or speeches, which are helped by how animated his voice tends to be. Due to these traits, he is considered to be the most member of NIJISANJI EN. In spite of his mischievous and chaotic tendencies, Doppio is surprisingly innocent at times.
Appearance
His hair is cut short, with black streaks in his primarily magenta-coloured hair, with a white streak at the front. The left side of his hair is tied into a short side-ponytail. Doppio's eyes are both bi-colored, with yellow on the bottom half and a lime green on the top half. He has several facial piercings, including a thin chain hanging from two clips on the side of his ear, and a vertical brow piercing at the end of his left eyebrow.
His resting face is usually seen as a small, mischievous smile.

He is wearing an open leather jacket with chains on both sides. His chest is now uncovered, showing three bandages that wrap across his chest and waist. He now has black tattoos covering the bottom part of his waist and surrounding his chest, as well as on his left hand. He is dressed in black leather pants with a white belt and a gold wolf head in the center, as well as black leather boots. On his back, he has three black wolves with gold patterns on their faces and necks. In terms of accessories he is wearing a heavy black choker with a pink necklace attached. He also has a tail that matches the color of his hair.

On 11 July, Doppio debuted his 3D model. In this debut, he revealed "DAIJOBOU MISTER BLUE SKY", an original song which featured himself, Meloco Kyoran, and Sonny Brisko.
On 26 September, Doppio released "DAIJOBOU MISTER BLUE SKY - SIDE B", with this version featuring himself, Elira Pendora, and Rosemi Lovelock.
On 31 October, Doppio debuted a Live2D model for Poco Pio that features a new outfit.
2026
On 23 January, Doppio presented his third outfit. The outfit shows two versions. Both versions have the new, wavy and slightly longer and darker hair than his first outfit, as well as the hood and chest-covering top with side-release buckle straps and a big zipper, outer wear jacket that hangs on his arms, fingerless gloves, tattered cape that wraps around from his waist down to feet length, ripped, fit pants, and bare feet. This outfit also features silver metal adornments, like his large gauntlets, a slot-like accessory on the left side of his exposed torso, metal wrapping around his right leg, and smaller details on his clothes. There are motifs honoring the Pioverse characters, showing their representative symbols painted on his pants. The first revealed version is with white-grayish clothes and regular human skin colors, while the second version shows an almost color-inverted version, with the clothes turning dark purple, along with his skin. The painted Pioverse motifs glow neon yellow, alongside more revealed patterns on his hood and chest-cover top, and there appears a gradient of neon purple creeping from his feet and onto his pants and bottom of the cape, and more on the bottom of his jacket and his entire hands glowing a lighter neon purple. More hidden patterns appear on his bare torso in neon purple, and his hair also glows a brighter, neon purple than the previous version. This second version was revealed after a premiere of his cover of the song Dokuzu in the same livestream, and is dubbed "Doppio of the End" and "the evil Doppio Dropscythe" by Doppio himself, depicted as a "villain" and "the greatest opp of all time". Lastly, this outfit references lightly that of an eel, also being called the "Dopeel reveel" during the outfit reveal, symbolized through a wavy tube over his waist and onto the cape, and his entire model floating. This outfit is later named Unagi The Villain.
