On 1 January, Cecilia debuted her new year costume. It features a long-sleeved mint green kimono with a diamond pattern, with both the outfit and hair rigged by Cecilia herself. The kimono features cog wheels and pink and red roses, crossed black straps under a red diamond-pattern decorated with a golden cog and a ruby jewel, and holding a white in place. The bottom of her kimono has a diagonal cut revealing a layered, frilled white section, similar to the edge of the sleeves, and matching white shoes, gloves, and white umbrella. Her hair is in buns with short red ribbons and a decorated with two large green flowers and five small white flowers.
On 14 March, Cecilia reached 400,000 subscribers on YouTube.
On 16 June, hololive announced -Justice- would receive 3D models in August.
On 9 August, Cecilia debuted her 3D model on YouTube. The model allows her to remove her skirt for action scenes, and includes a 3D model for her violin. This was followed by the release of her first original song, Wind-Up, for which she both composed the melody and wrote the lyrics herself.
On 23 August, -Justice- debuted their hololive 6th fes. Color Rise Harmony 3D idol costumes during the first day of hololive English 3rd concert "All for One."
On 25 October, Cecilia debuted a new bot version of herself called ImmerGold.
On 1 November, Cecilia debuted a new accessory for her main costume. Cecilia wears a green cape with gold musical notes and Otomos as decorations.
