Personality
She is a cheerful mermaid who loves to talk and sing. She tends to laugh and giggle after every other sentence, giving off a very bubbly and jolly presence. She has a tendency to get overexcited by cute things, whether it be her designer's artwork, a cute marshmallow message, or even her own model. Despite her excitement and constant giggling, she very rarely raises her voice, keeping an almost-sleepy tone throughout her streams.
Appearance
Shell has shoulder-length chiffon pink hair, and eyes with periwinkle blue gradient irises. As a mermaid, she has a visible fin-shaped ear on the left side of her head, and a mermaid's tail when she's in true mermaid form.
On her original model, her hair is arranged in an over-the-shoulder braid hair style, decorated with tiny pearls, starfish and fin accessories. Her costume design gives her a mermaid diva appearance with frills all over her upper body and skirt. When in human form, her skirt has a seashell design which also features fabric extensions reminiscent of a jellyfish's feathery tentacles or a goldfish's tail, plus a big ribbon on the backside of her skirt.
Her "Deep Sea" (深海) outfit is a darker colored palette swap of her original model, giving her a more mature, mysterious, and darker aura. Most of her outfit, hair and eye colors have different colors in this model. Her jellyfish mascot Clutch also changes to dark purple.
Background
