2020
On 29 March, Tora debuted as part of Busokanojo.
On 21 September, Busokanojo announced that it would be dissolving and operations will be shut down at the end of September due to financial problems.
On 27 September, the remaining members of Busokanojo including Tora held their agency graduation collab stream on Otonashi Tsubaki's channel. The agency officially disbanded on 30 September.
On 1 October, she became an independent VTuber and rebranded to Hisui Tora (翡翠とら).
On 7 October, she received a new, redesigned key visual from her character designer, which would later become the basis for her new redesigned model.
2021
On 3 March, Tora debuted her redesigned new model. The design features a teal and gold oversized jacket over a black tank top and skirt. Her original, massive claw gauntlets have been replaced with a pair of normal-sized claw blades.
On 21 October, she received sponsorship support from the Japanese PC maker "LEVEL∞" as part of the unit "IRIS Vunit" which she formed together with the independent VTuber Kamiya Neco and former Busokanojo colleague Nenemaru.
On 27 November, she debuted her third outfit (counting the original). The design is a mostly white Chinese-style long-sleeved outfit with gold trim, paired with white hot pants.
2022
On 1 April, Tora debuted a little devil-type younger sister persona named Yasuitara (やすいたら) as an April Fools' joke, who became well-received enough by her fans that she later had a Live2D model of her made. She started streaming as that persona more and more often afterward, as well as shifting her main streaming platform from YouTube to Twitch.
On 12 December, she participated in a FEIGN collab that included Tsugumi Suzuma, Sakuragi Miria (Highway Star), Daimonji Ryugon, Queue-nyan, Funky, Nekomiya Hinata, Inugami Kokage, and Yahiro Kei. This would be her last publicly accessible stream as Hisui Tora.
Retirement
On 1 April, the talent behind Tora announced that she was retiring the Hisui Tora persona and channel, explaining that she felt greatly constrained by her corporate-era persona despite already being an indie. She will to return to her pre-Busokanojo persona and channel named "hapi" which by September 2023, got renamed to Inumiya Hapi (犬宮はぴ). She mentioned that, even as hapi, she might also sometimes use her Yasuitara and Hisui Tora models if she ever felt like it.

- On 8 August 2021, Tora participated in the Matchyama Matchka Cup (町山マチカ杯) Apex tournament organized by Matchyama Matchka, as a member of team "Chuki Chuki Daisuki Yappa Suki" (ちゅきちゅき大好きやっぱ好き) along with Sakuragi Miria and Mizuki Aoi. The team took 1st place in the overall ranking, winning the tournament.
- On 6 November 2021, she participated in the ZEROProject Legends Vol.1 Apex tournament organized by ZERO Project, as a member of team "Torakuma Oniko" (虎熊鬼子) along with Shirokuma Rin, and Syuten Lay. The team took 15th place in the overall ranking.
