Hiyori Chihiyo, a Japanese VTuber and member of the VEE agency's Dev-b group, debuted on YouTube in July 2022. Known for her free-talk sessions, gaming, and singing, she is often seen with her signature yellow color scheme and hatched chick icon. Her character design comes from illustrator Pan no Mimi, and she is fondly called Kimi-kun or Kimi-chan by her fans.

She has brown hair in low pigtails with a pink gradient toward the tips, and eyes with light purple irises. She wears a large yellow chick-themed hooded coat. On her feet are yellow platform shoes adorned with red ribbons and a wing attached to each side. Each shoe also has a heart or a flower pattern on the shoe tongue.

Chihiyo, together with the rest of VEE's 2nd group Dev-b, was revealed on 27 June 2022. On the same day, she tweeted her first tweet on her Twitter account.

She has always wanted to be a human idol, but she was told that a chick can't be an idol, so she ran away from home from the Land of Chicks.
When she came to Japan, she found out about VTubers and started streaming to fulfill her dream of becoming an ideal idol while receiving various inspirations from VEE.
2022
On 1 July, Chihiyo made her debut.
