On 18 March, Noel debuted a new accessory for her fourth 2D costume. A cow themed hoodie.
On 2 June, she reached 1,500,000 YouTube subscribers, making her the 10th hololive member to reach this milestone, as well as the 7th member of hololive JP. She is also the fourth member of hololive Fantasy to achieve it.
On 25 June, Noel debuted a new 3D costume commemorating her reaching 1,000,000 subscribers on YouTube. In this costume Noel uses her hair as a ponytail tied with a thin blue bow, to her left she wears a golden fleur-de-lis hairpin. In this costume Noel wears shoulderless white blouse still reminiscent of her job as a knight with black see through section which neck is decorated with a blue snowflake that is also present in her casual costume. The chest area is decorated with a blue tie with a white pattern on its lower half and a golden fleur-de-lis above the knot. Under this section the blouse is asymmetrical being longer on the left side where Noel also carries a dark brown belt falling to her left where she can carry her maze. Noel uses black shorts with laces to the sides, a leg belt on her right thigh and low dark brown boots.
She also debuted her second original song: "Lyrical Monster."
On 8 August, hololive's Japanese Twitter account announced that Noel would get her fifth 2D costume.
On 9 August, as part of the "hololive Summer 2022" event, Noel debuted her 3D swimsuit in a stream held on hololive's official fanclub page in a segment alongside Aki Rosenthal, Houshou Marine, and Yuzuki Choco. Unlike the original swimsuits from 2019 that had individual designs, these swimsuits are meant to be matching outfits similar to the 3D idol costumes. The swimsuits come in two types one with thin straps for the top and a diagonal cut mini skirt and the other one has ruffled straps in the top and an even mini skirt. Both version are white with various patterns including hololive's and Holoearth's logos, hearts and sparks. The swimsuits are personalized by including different colors to match each talent. Additionally they have the option to wear a hoodie.
On 19 August, Noel debuted her fifth 2D costume. In this costume Noel got a new hairstyle using a bob hairstyle with her side locks going behind her right ear. In this costume she wears a school uniform consisting of a white blouse with a blue striped bow or tie and a blue skirt with a plaid pattern. She uses white socks and black shoes. Noel can also optionally use some complementary clothes. One is a light blue hoodie with the silhouette of an ox standing on the side of Noel's maze. The second is a dark blue cardigan decorated with golden buttons and a badge featuring the figure present originally on Noel's first costume chest armor. She can also move her right hand up. This costume was first seen in an art done by her artist Watao on 27 March 2022. Also inspired by her appearance as Shiromi Yae in hololive ERROR.
On 27 August, during her third anniversary celebration live "Summer Memories," Noel debuted the ability to remove the black see through section of her 1 million subscribers celebration 3D costume, resulting in her showing her cleavage.
During the same live she also debuted her 3D yukata. Like other 3D costumes the yukatas have a variety of styles that hololive members can choose from. The yukatas come in various colors and patterns including fireworks, flowers and goldfish.
Noel also debuted her third original song: "Ours."
On 11 November, she alongside the other Shiranui Kensetsu members debuted new accessories. Noel debuted these accessories on her fifth 2D costume using a brown flat cap decorated with a golden fleur-de-lis badge and a Shiranui Kensetsu nametag decorated with stickers of the hamster representing the Shirogane kishi-dan and a bottle of milk.
On 20 November, Noel debuted new accessories for her fifth 2D costume. She has a new hairstyle using long hair with a braid to the right. Noel received a new beige cardigan. She also know have the option to show her hamster mascot on her left shoulder and it can mimic her blinks. The new accessories seem to be compatible with previously released ones.
